Located in the southeast of the Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, you will find, in the Marina Alta, the city of Denia.
Denia is a Spanish municipality, fishing village and seaside resort on the Costa Blanca, located in a beautiful bay with a natural harbor. The city lies between two hills of the Montgo which is 753 meters high. The Montgó is a mountain in the north of Alicante between the towns of Denia and Javea. The mountain rises very strongly from the surrounding valley and dominates the skyline miles around. The steep cliffs are the home of some of the most unique flora and fauna in Spain. The mountain is famous for its rock formations, cliffs, caves and natural harbors. Viewed from the side of Jávea, it is often said to look like the head and trunk of an elephant. The port divides the coast in two different parts, namely on the north side: Les Marines with a sandy beach with shallow water, and in the south : Les Rotes with rocky beaches.
You will enjoy buying and shopping in the city with its narrow streets, the main street with trees or in portal de la Marina. In Denia it is always warm as in other parts of the Costa Blanca. The sun often shines and the temperature is pleasant. Certainly to come and stay during the winter. In the vicinity, you can enjoy many sports such as golf, hiking, surfing, fishing, mountain biking and many other outdoor activities. Las Marinas lies on the 20 km long coastline with its fine golden sand. Altogether Denia with its sea, beach and mountains, is ideal to purchase your real estate; in the summer but also in winter season. You can choose from a range of real estate such as apartments and hostels, villas and bungalows, with or without sea view. Even land, is for sale, where you can build your dream house.
