We from CasaLasDunas are a family run business. We have a great dynamic team of international employees, which includes our own gestoria. Areas we are active in include: the Costa Blanca, Costa Cálida and Costa Del Sol.
What do we do? (Re-)Selling properties, which includes our unique A to Z service, even after the purchase has been made and general management. Apart from this, do we also have our own rental department for tourists, who would like to spend their holiday at the Costa Blanca.

CasaLasDunas - More than just a real estate agency!

The founders of the now well-known office in La Marina are Mr. Hans & Mrs. Jos van Let. Together they started in 1997 as manager & broker in La Mata. Soon the company grew and after a few years a few extra hands were needed. Rogier and Nathalie van Let started supporting the work from the Netherlands in 2004. When this turned out to be still not to be enough, the decision to move to Spain permanently was made. Rogier is now the commercial director and will follow in the footsteps of Hans, whereas Nathalie is responsible for the rental organization.
